Job Description
- As an experienced professional in Solution Architecture with over 18 years of experience, you will be responsible for driving Technology Transformation programs within Cognizant IT and other existing engagements. Your key tasks will include identifying top engagements based on various performance metrics for assessment and transformation. It will be your duty to align Technology transformation initiatives with the defined roadmap and ensure successful delivery of the transformation program. Engaging with customer stakeholders at CXO level to present Technology Transformation proposals and align on execution roadmap will be an essential part of your role. You will collaborate with SBU, PS, and CG to define the execution plan, sizing, and competency required for the proposed transformation initiatives. Working closely with Technology and Services partners, you will be involved in building cutting-edge technology solutions for Cognizant customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for incubating and developing NextGen Capabilities on Analytics, Automation, and GenAI with partners, and developing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy along with partners. Your expertise in DWP Technology including Intune, O365, and VDI technology stack, as well as AI/ML and Generative AI, will be essential for this role. You should have a strong background in delivery, transformation, architecture, and solutioning. Experience in CXO level engagement, managing large teams and engagements, and driving new technology adoption while building frameworks for Technology assessments will be highly valued.
