Job Description

Should be primarily experienced in front-end frameworks, able to create, design, and implement business solutions from scratch, while also being well-versed in backend enough to maintain, create additional code, fix bugs, and suggest new solutions in the backend code.

Core Skills (Primary - 70%):
Hard Skills:

React/Next.js (Experienced), TypeScript/JavaScript,

MSAL Auth flows, Ag-Grid React, GraphQL client-side libraries, HTML/CSS

Nice to have:

Tailwind CSS, Figma

Core Skills (Secondary 30%):o C#/.NET (Proficiency), Azure Functions, REST/GraphQL API development, SQL (T-SQL, query optimization), Dependency Injection, Git.

Competencies:
o Design-to-Code Execution: Exceptional ability to translate high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible UI.
o Frontend Performance: A strong understanding of React performance best practices (hooks, state management, memoization) to build a fast, fluid user experience.
o UI/UX Acumen: Possesses a keen eye for detail and a user-centric mindset, ensuring the UI is not just functional but also intuitive and easy to use.
o Collaborative Mindset: A team player who proactively communicates with backend developers to define API contracts and data needs.
