Job Title: Team Lead Logistics (Core Business Unit)

What will you drive?
As a Team Lead Logistics in the Core Business Unit, you will be responsible for leading logistics operations across multiple locations. You will manage delivery coordination, vehicle movement, vendor interactions, and team performance.
This role requires strong leadership, on-ground problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure seamless vehicle movement while optimizing cost, time, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and field staff.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of vehicles across hubs and customer locations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (transporters, warehousing partners).
- Monitor vehicle movement and route efficiency.
- Maintain SLA adherence, cost tracking, and inventory flow.
- Manage dashboards, daily reports, and escalations.
- Drive operational excellence and process improvements.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with safety and documentation standards.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience: 3-5 years in logistics, supply chain, or operations, preferably in auto, e-commerce, or high-volume sectors.
- Education: Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
- Skills:
- People management and field coordination
- Strong operational execution and stakeholder alignment
- Excellent communication and vendor handling skills
- Route planning and dispatch efficiency
- Proficiency in Excel, trackers, and logistics tools
- Hands-on, high-ownership attitude
- Comfortable with travel and fast-paced environments
