Job Description
Summary:As an MIS Intern, you will support the Management Information Systems team in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to improve business decision-making. This internship is ideal for freshers looking to gain hands-on experience in data management, reporting tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and maintaining MIS reports using Excel or Google Sheets
- Collect, clean, and structure data from various departments
- Build dashboards to monitor KPIs and performance metrics
- Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests
- Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using formulas and macros
- Document processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
