What You Will Drive
P&L Ownership & Business Strategy
 Take full ownership of the B2B used car sales P&L. Drive top-line revenue growth, optimize pricing strategies, and implement initiatives to enhance overall business efficiency.
Dealer Network Expansion
 Build and nurture strong relationships with dealers across regions. Drive deeper engagement, improve retention, and expand our market footprint.
Sales & Revenue Growth
 Define and achieve ambitious sales targets. Leverage data-driven insights to identify new business opportunities and unlock growth across markets.
Operational Excellence
 Streamline end-to-end transaction processes, enhance platform usability, and champion automation to drive seamless execution at scale.
Cross-functional Leadership
 Work closely with cross-functional teams. Mentor high-performing talent and stay ahead of emerging industry trends to fuel innovation and continuous improvement.

Who We Are Looking For
Experience
 8+ years in sales, strategy, or P&L ownership rolespreferably within automotive, e-commerce, or marketplace domains.
Industry Knowledge
 A strong understanding of the used car ecosystem, dealer dynamics, and auction-led sales models.
Skills
 Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. A sharp business acumen and a growth-first mindset are key.
Adaptability
 Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments. Demonstrated success in scaling teams and driving sustainable business outcomes.
