Job Description

Should be well-versed and full lifecycle of application development; experienced in backend & front-end development and should be able to design, create, and implement a solution that is domain-driven, abstracted, business-oriented, and scalable from scratch. Should lead with a CI/CD mindset, ensuring that project delivery is enforced through sprint iterations.

Core Skills:

Hard Skills:

C#/.NET 8 (Advanced), Azure Functions, REST/GraphQL APIs, SQL (T-SQL, inline SQL), Azure DevOps CI/CD YAML, Git, Next.js/React, TypeScript/Javascript.

Nice to have:Tailwind CSS, Figma, Azure Architect Experience or Certifications, JWT, Azure APIM, Azure Data Factory, Azure Service Bus, Redis Caching, OpenID, Swagger

Competencies:

Architectural Oversight: The ability to review code and architecture to ensure it aligns with the project's layered and secure design principles.

Leadership & Coordination: A strong leader who can manage a distributed team, run agile ceremonies, and provide effective technical guidance.

Problem Solving: A hands-on troubleshooter who can resolve complex technical issues and unblock the team, especially during night shifts.

Quality Assurance: Acts as the primary quality gatekeeper for the offshore team, ensuring all code meets defined standards and has appropriate test coverage.
