Job Description
Brief Description of the Job:
Position is at team member level in Internal Audit Department. Incumbent shall report to Head-Internal Audit and will be responsible for execution of Audit as per Annual Plan. Position involved close interaction with Functional leads of different department.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit of Marketing Expense- Events, OOH, Digital Marketing Spend Audit, TV and Print Media Spend Effectiveness Evaluation
- Leading Audit of the Processes/Function as per Audit Plan & Audit Scope
- Evaluate, execute testing and verify effectiveness and efficacy of Internal Control
- Statutory Compliance verification for different business units
- Data Analytics to analysis and identify potential fraud/Risk based
- Record and Summarise the audit process performed
- Preparation of detailed Audit report and Summary Report to effectively communicate Audit Finding, Associated risks and recommendations
- Discussion with Functional Lead of audit finding and feedback
- Suggestion of Countermeasures for effective controls related to audit finding
- Strong follow-up for implementation of Corrective actions
- Sound Understanding of Audit processes
- Should have worked in SAP ERP Environment
Required Skills:
- Broad-based business awareness
- Ability to lead audit assignment and effectively interact with Process Owner
- Strong orientation toward internal control risk assessment, compliance, financial, operational and IT auditing
- Strong technical, analytical and interpersonal communication
- Strong listening skills, deadline oriented, quality focus and solutions driven
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong working knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
