Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

Achieve daily & weekly targets.
Resolve the delinquency within various cities, Bucket-wise & DPD wise
To achieve collection targets of the Respective Bucket
Meeting the Target on the product assigned for Collections
Ensure that the collection agencies and In-house collectors adhere to collection SOP
Willingness to experiment and improve continuously
Continuously monitoring collection agencies and In-house collectors performance

Preferred candidate profile :

Undergraduate/Graduate.
Must have Experience of 1-3 years in Field collections
Ability to Convince & negotiate Computer Skills - Average MS Office Excel
Must have a 2 wheeler Should be comfortable to travel within the assigned area.
