Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients to generate leads and increase sales.
- Handle inbound inquiries and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to promote customer loyalty.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies and tactics.
- Track and manage sales activities using CRM software, maintaining accurate records of interactions and leads.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Skills and Tools Required:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field.
