Urgent Requirement || Cars24 is hiring for Telesales Associate

Requirement

• Relevant experience in Telesales, Outbound calling
• Cultivating successful relationships with retail customers.
• Handling all store operations
• Assisting in physical inventory counts.
• Graduate degree
• Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Relationship building with customers.
• Processing inquiries generated through tele sales.
• Responding to queries of customer and give timely support when requested.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship and prompt and courteous service.
• Assisting customers with questions & needs.
• Completing each transaction in a quick and efficient manner.
• Identifying customer requirements and assisting customers with purchase decisions.
• Making sure that customer's paperwork is completed efficiently.
• Handling high call volume.
