Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Responsible for end to end recruitment process for Junior, Middle & Top Management for PAN India.
Attracting talent through employee referral schemes, job portals, consultants, personal network, built up database, walk-ins and head hunting etc to economize recruitment cost
Responsible for co-ordination with the relevant department for the understanding and recruiting the best talent.
Handling back end Hiring Operations including Pre & post joining documentation, Employee Code, Pre-employment medical checkup & reference checks.
Responsible for generating HR-MIS Reports like Recruitment tracker, Background check report, monthly induction etc
