Job Description
5-7 years of industry exposure industry like manufacturing Industry preferable from Automobile, Auto ancillaries, Heavy equipment industry (Compressor, Minning equipment, Locomotive Industry)
Qualification
Diploma or BE, (any engineering) Preferable Mechanical, Industrial engineering with 5 -7 industry exposure.
Responsibilities
- Engineering drawing study, process planning. process document preparation like PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan.
- Good Understanding on BOM, E BOM and MBOM structure and levels.
- Well-versed on arriving work instruction and SOP, and proficient in preparation of documentation, guidebook for Visual instruction, process maps and Training materials
- Lead process validation activities, including protocol development, execution and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Working knowledge of production operations, scheduling, design, planning, process evaluation,
- Ensure that the procedures written are clear, concise, and easy to understand for all employees within the organization.
- Interface with quality team, designer and mechanization team on process and product optimization.
- Knowledge on Work study, Method study, work measurement tools and techniques.
- Good Knowledge in process like Assembly, Pressing, Torque Tightening, Painting, Welding, Machining process
- Knowledge on MES, CIM, preparation work instruction on digital or video based will be added advantages.
- Provide training and guidance to production teams on new processes, procedures and equipment to ensure successful implementation and operation.
- Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
Software Skillset and Other Skill set
- MS office suite.
- CAD
- PLM, Teamcenter, Oracle, SAP, M3. ERP,
- Good communication.
Work Experience
- Diploma or BE, (any engineering) Preferable Mechanical, Industrial engineering with 5 -7 industry exposure.
- Engineering drawing study, process planning. process document preparation like PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan.
- Good Understanding on BOM , E BOM and MBOM structure and levels.
- Good in drawing reading skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing and machining process.
- Very good knowledge in Excel, Power Point creation
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills
