Role - Presales Application Engineer

As a Presales Application Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by providing technical expertise and product knowledge during the presales process. You will engage with prospective clients, understand their business needs, and demonstrate how our solutions can meet those needs. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop a deep understanding of the companys products, services, and solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and market conditions affecting company offerings.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to effectively showcase products and solutions pertaining to their queries.
- Collaborate with customers to design tailored solutions that address their specific challenges and requirements.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and align them with appropriate solutions.
- Partner with sales representatives to drive sales cycles by providing technical input and support throughout the sales process.
- Be prepared to travel as necessary to meet clients, conduct demonstrations, and participate in industry events or trade shows.
