Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 1 Year to 3 Years

Job Description:

We are looking the candidate who is able to handle various human resource functions, which include recruitment, employee induction, training and development, and employee engagement with good leadership quality etc.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To prepare Job Description for all new positions
  2. To coordinate with HOD for sourcing profiles
  3. Coordinating interviews and scheduling
  4. Screening of the profiles
  5. Employee on-boarding
  6. Complete the joining Process of newly joined employee
  7. Coordination for training programs
  8. To handle employee database Files Management (to maintain records of employee details such as hires, increments, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, exits and terminations etc.)
  9. To handle the payroll process
  10. Coordination for confirmations, performance appraisals, performance management process
  11. To coordinate exit-interviews and complete formalities
  12. Full and final settlement of resigned employees
  13. Maintain employee relation
  14. Conduct employee engagement activities
  15. To explain and update various policies, strategies and benefits to employees
  16. Taking care of communication between department and management
  17. To issue increment, promotion, experience, relieving, confirmation, appointment and other letters from time to time
  18. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

Qualification:

MBA / PGDHRM / MSW / MHRM or equivalent.
