Job Description

Conduct market research to analyze content trends, audience preference, and competitive landscape
Identify and engage with subject matter experts and domain expert who has global market exposure and expertise
Evaluate content for quality, relevance and alignment with company objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure acquired content meets the platform and audience needs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with content providers including SME s and industry experts
Negotiate and review licensing agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions
Oversee and manage content delivery and integration processes to ensure smooth execution
Take ownership and accountability for timely course launches, ensuring all deadlines are met
Source and acquire current content from subject matter experts to keep the companys programs relevant in the industry
Maintain strategic relationships with vendors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure cost-effective execution of learning initiatives
Engage with accreditation bodies to obtain certification for the courses
