Job Description
Job Requirements
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to understand their needs. Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Assurance Plan
- Assist Quality Manager in QMS initiatives (QMS Re-design, Global Certification program etc)
- Participate in certification audits
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
- Collect & collate Quality metrics, Perform data analysis and identify problem areas. Support teams in performing root cause analysis
- Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
- Oversee continuous improvement projects
- Updating the QA manager on the status of the process compliance, process gaps, etc
- Conduct Process trainings for project teams and support groups
- Escalate the project issues to the delivery management meeting so as to resolve them
Work Experience
- Awareness on Quality Management standards ISO 9001: 2015 &/or AS 9100 Rev D & CMMi
- Familiarity with Quality Management System, its structure, intent and maintenance
- Knowledge on project lifecycle management, project tracking and control
- Good knowledge in Continuous improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen
- Knowledge on SDLC & Agile project Management
- Excellent people management and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a highly geographically dispersed organization
