Job Description
Job Requirements- Able to lead independently work on scope in Oil and Gas, Refinery, LNG , Petrochemical Industry ,Greenfield and Brownfield projects with minimum guidance.
- Able to perform Power System Studies using ETAP.
- Must have experience in Load flow, short circuit, voltage drop, motor starting, arc flash, transient stability, harmonics, relay coordination etc.
- Experience in generating Single Line Diagrams, Metering & Protection Diagrams, Design Basis, Specifications, Data sheets, Electrical Load List, Sizing Calculation of all Electrical Equipment.
- Experience in Electrical calculations viz., equipment sizing, cable sizing, lighting calculations Procurement Support by developing Material Requisitions, Specifications, Data sheets, Technical bid evaluation, Vendor drawing reviews etc.
- Expertise in electrical modification to reduce the power consumption like: conversion from fluorescent to LED lighting
- Hands-on experience in electrical equipment failure analysis
- Experience in electrical equipment validation, i.e. Gap between drawing & as-is in SAP, maintenance database
- Electrical equipment maintenance strategy development [new & existing equipment]
- Obsolescence management experience
- Knowledge of international standards & guidelines
- Liaison with other engineering disciplines on technical issues and provide solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 8+ years of experience working on projects
- A recognized Master/Bachelor degree in Electrical from reputed Universities or equivalent.
