Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive to support our Sales and Marketing teams in driving consistent revenue growth and operational efficiency. The role involves managing sales processes, maintaining data accuracy, enabling reporting and insights, coordinating between sales and marketing functions, and ensuring seamless execution of sales enablement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Process & Support
  • Support the sales team by streamlining processes, documentation, and pipeline management.
  • Ensure timely creation and management of quotes, contracts, proposals, and order booking processes.
  • Manage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to maintain accurate customer and pipeline data.
  • Track sales targets, achievements, and incentives for sales reps.
Data & Reporting
  • Generate and analyse sales and marketing performance reports (leads, pipeline, conversions, revenue forecasts).
  • Provide insights to management for decision-making and strategy optimization.
  • Maintain dashboards to ensure leadership visibility of sales progress and marketing ROI.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
  • Coordinate with marketing to track lead generation, campaigns, and handover of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to sales.
  • Assist in campaign execution follow-ups with sales teams to increase conversion.
  • Maintain central repositories of sales and marketing assets (collaterals, presentations, templates).
Operational Excellence
  • Optimize workflows and tools for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in onboarding, training, and supporting new sales team members with tools/systems.
  • Support forecasting, territory alignment, and sales incentive programs.
  • Act as point of contact between sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams such as finance, operations, and customer success.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho or similar).
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and reporting dashboards (Power BI, Tableau ideal).
  • Effective communication and coordination skills across teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to suggest improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or related roles.
  • Experience working with sales/marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Prior exposure to IT, SaaS, or B2B industries preferred (but not mandatory).
