Job Title: SAP AFS Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP AFS Subject Matter Expert to lead and support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of SAP AFS solutions. The SME will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into SAP AFS functionalities, particularly in the apparel and footwear industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP AFS-related matters.
• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP AFS modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, WM).
• Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for improvements using SAP AFS.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle including blueprinting, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP AFS functionality and integration.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users and internal teams.
• Stay updated on SAP AFS enhancements and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in SAP with at least 5 years in SAP AFS.
• Strong understanding of the apparel and footwear industry processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP AFS modules and integration with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Fashion and Vertical Business.
• SAP certification in relevant modules.
• Experience with global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
