Job Description

Overview:

CarDekho Group is looking for a Product Ops Associate who will act as a bridge between product & business teams to enable our product team across Used & New Car pods and help them move faster, make smarter decisions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences by ensuring seamless processes, data-driven insights, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive process improvements, maintain SOPs/documentation, and identify gaps for smoother product delivery.
• Track and report product KPIs through dashboards; highlight risks/blockers and escalate when needed.
• Analyze data (SQL/Excel) to derive insights, conduct RCAs, and support decision-making with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate across product, engineering and design teams to align on feedback, fixes, and feature launches.
• Manage product tools (ticketing, dashboards, reporting systems) and ensure consistent usage across teams.
• Support product release cycles, feature launches, and operational workflows.
• Support onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing to enhance product team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for fixes, enhancements, and process alignment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Product/Business Ops & Product Analysis
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/SQL.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with product tools like Jira & Confluence
