Position Description :-
SAP CRM Technical
- Excellent SAP CRM Technical development skills
- Good Experience in SAP WebUI and Genil Concepts.
- End-to-End Implementation & Support Experience .
- Knowledge of agile development practices
- Experience in application support
- Should be a team player with good communication skills
Position : 2
Position Description :-
SAP CRM Functional
Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP CRM functional process,
At least 2-3 full life cycle implementation of SAP CRM SAP CRM Certification is a plus Generic Skills Team player Strong communication skills
Provide subject matter expertise on SAPs best practices for implementing SAP CRM business processes.
Should have functional proficiency in SAP CRM master data, CRM marketing CRM service and Interfaces with third party applications
Should have good experience / strong domain knowledge CRM area
Strong understanding of business processes behind customer programs,
Define and execute unit test, integration test and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live Support.
Ensures consistent, timely and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders. Keep track of customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams with minimal supervision.
Should be highly self-motivated, self-driven and independent in daily operations.
