Job Description

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and Glide scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Service Catalog development.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of workflow automation, reporting, and dashboard setup.
Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
