ABAP Development: Creating and maintaining custom programs using ABAP, especially within the SAP HR module.
Infotype Handling: Working with logical databases and infotypes to develop reports and interfaces.
RICEF Objects: Designing and implementing Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.
Integration: Connecting SAP HR with other modules or external systems.
Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues in custom code and standard SAP processes.
Enhancements & Exits: Implementing user exits, BADI, and enhancement points for custom business logic.
Smart Forms / Adobe Forms: Designing and maintaining HR-related forms.
Support & Maintenance: Providing ongoing support for SAP HR systems and ensuring smooth operations.
Typical Skills Required:
Strong experience in SAP HCM and ABAP programming
Knowledge of PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll modules
Experience with Logical Databases (PNP, PCH)
Familiarity with HR-specific BAPIs and Function Modules
Good understanding of HR business processes
