The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience managing large-scale SAP projects, including multi-million-pound budgets, cross-functional teams of 40+, and long-duration client engagements. Strong consulting background (Big 4 or equivalent) and expertise in programme governance, stakeholder management, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) are essential.  Key Responsibilities: 

Lead SAP programmes with high business impact

Manage budgets, resources, and timelines across multiple projects

Design and implement governance and reporting structures

Engage and influence stakeholders across all levels

Ensure quality assurance, risk management, and change control

Mentor and coach project teams
