Job Description

1. Facility Operations & Maintenance

• Oversee housekeeping, security, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping operations.
  
• Conduct regular facility inspections and work with relevant teams or vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance. tejrajgroup.keka.com
  

2. Vendor and Contractor Management

• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors services, maintenance, repairs, and consumables.
  
• Monitor performance against Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and conduct periodic reviews.
  

3. Health, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce statutory health, safety, fire, hygiene, and environmental protocols.
  
• Support emergency preparedness: drills, incident response, and business continuity planning
