Job Description

Basic knowledge of ITIL fundamentals & Service Delivery Framework.

Understanding of IT infrastructure components (Servers, Networks, Applications).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting & governance.

Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project).

SLA/KPI analysis and trend reporting.

Root Cause Analysis (RCA) support & process improvement.

Ability to research best practices and create governance decks
