Job Description
1) Preparation and compilation of Procurement Costs
2) Submission of Cost estimates with various cost data/ CBA
3) Interface with Engineering/ Proposal team for timely receipt of Pre-bid RFQ/MTO
4) Expedite with Buyers to ensure RFQs are floated to vendors and offers received in time.
5) Analysis of Procurement cost/ Quantities / Scope
6) Monitor Prebid documents status
7) To provide Prebid deliverables - Delivery Schedule, Procurement Plan, Manpower Histogram
8) To provide inputs for Cash Flow and Risk reviews
9) Participate in internal reviews with PMT/ Preparing presentations
10) Maintaining database.
11) Preparing Presentations
12) Participate in internal review meetings.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA (Ex. Exposure, Skills, Knowledge sets) :
- Worked in Oil & Gas industry in EPC project business
- Experience of working in SCM / Procurement Function as a Buyer =OR= in Proposal & Estimation Dept.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interact with Internal stake holder (Buyers/ PMT/ Engg.)
