Job Summary:

Accenture is seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team at our Koramangala, Bangalore office. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our international clients, providing exceptional service and resolving queries efficiently over voice calls. Fluency in US/UK English accents is essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international clients (US/UK regions).
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain call logs, records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral to strong US/UK accent.
  • Prior experience in an international voice process preferred (0-2 years).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

  • Candidates must be willing to work on-site at the Accenture office in Koramangala, Bangalore.
