Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a robust social media execution plan aligned with overall brand and business goals, prioritizing growth on YouTube and Social Media Platforms.
Create and manage platform-specific content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent brand messaging.
Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Kling, Veo 3, HeyGen, Jasper etc.) to streamline content creation and enhance creativity.
Design, curate, and deploy engaging multimedia content including videos, infographics, reels, carousels, and blog snippets that resonates with both consumer and professional healthcare audiences.
Optimize posts to maximize visibility, reach, and audience interaction on each channel.
Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs), track campaign ROI, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay current with the latest platform algorithms, trends, and audience behaviors to continuously improve strategy and output.
Collaborate with internal departments to align content with broader brand messaging.
Manage social media third-party agencies or freelancers when needed.
