Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute neighbourhood marketing campaigns to increase hospital visibility and patient inflow in the catchment area.
- Conduct community outreach programs such as health talks, wellness camps, blood donation drives, and awareness sessions in schools, colleges, and corporates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), NGOs, gyms, clubs, pharmacies, and community leaders.
- Coordinate with clinical departments to promote specialty OPDs, preventive health check-ups, and hospital services.
- Work with internal teams (branding, design, digital marketing) to ensure consistent messaging and collaterals for campaigns.
- Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and distribution of promotional materials (brochures, signage, posters, etc.).
- Track, measure, and report campaign outcomes patient leads, footfalls, conversions, and ROI.
- Identify new opportunities for hospital tie-ups in the catchment area (educational institutes, corporates, fitness centers, diagnostics).
- Ensure all activities comply with hospital branding guidelines, NABH standards, and ethical practices.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills (Kannada, English, Hindi preferred).
- Strong organizational and event management abilities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design impactful local campaigns.
- Data-driven approach to measure campaign success.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Excel / PowerPoint for reporting.
- Prior experience in hospitals, healthcare, hospitality, or outdoor/community marketing is an added advantage.
