Happiest Minds is seeking a passionate and skilled **Senior AI Engineer - Developer** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and software development, with a keen understanding of how to leverage modern technologies to solve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to enhance existing solutions and create new AI-driven applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Utilize Flask to develop scalable and maintainable web services that integrate with AI models.
- Perform data analysis and manipulation using NumPy and Pandas to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Create and maintain Jupyter Notebooks for experimentation, prototyping, and data visualization.
- Manage NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB and Oracle NoSQL, ensuring data storage solutions are optimized for performance and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and share best practices with junior team members to promote knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in AI and software development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in development and software engineering.
- Proficient in programming with Flask for web application development.
- Strong experience with data manipulation and analysis using NumPy and Pandas.
- Hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebook for data exploration and sharing insights.
- Familiarity with database management systems, specifically MongoDB and Oracle NoSQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Exposure to machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
