Job Description

We are hiring in Big Basket position: fruits and vegetables quality executive

Jd:

Checking of legal and Quality norms in accordance to FSSAI.
Implementation of FSSAI and ISO 22000:2005
Finding root-cause analysis for Quality issues and drawing preventive measures
Ensuring adherence to GMP, Sanitary procedures, HACCP, in accordance to ISO 22000:2005, FSSAI
Co-ordination with procurement team for quality products from suppliers
Co-ordination with Supply chain for quality product reaching customers
Auditing hygiene in the warehouse, supplier and vendor
Monitoring and Quality Checks of Fruit and Vegetables
Equipment temperature monitoring
We hiring for this position only in male,
1 year experience is mandatory in fruits & vegetables,
field work job
