Job Description

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Quick commerce retail staff on product/process and customer service.

Train store teams on standard operating procedures (SOPs), inventory control, and loss prevention.

Support the launch of new stores by providing pre-opening training and operational readiness support.

Stay updated with the latest retail trends, tools, and customer experience strategies, and incorporate them into training modules.

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, store performance metrics, and audits.

Collaborate with stakeholder to identify training needs and build development plans and execute it.

Time to time checking and providing feedback to update the training content.
