Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.- Good To Have Skills:

Experience with cloud-based application support.- Strong understanding of software troubleshooting techniques.- Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems.- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
