Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Zoho Application Development & Customization Customize and configure Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, workflows, scoring rules, and automation
- Build integrations and workflows in Zoho Flow to connect Zoho apps with external systems
- Configure Zoho Billing & Books for invoicing, subscriptions, payment automation, and financial reporting
- Design Zoho Campaigns for targeted email marketing, segmentation, and performance tracking
- Develop and manage Zoho Forms for lead capture, surveys, and data collection
- Create Deluge scripts, functions, and custom widgets to extend Zoho app functionalities
- Automation & Integration Implement workflow automations to streamline processes across CRM, Billing, and Books
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems (via APIs, Flow, or third-party middleware)
- Set up automated campaign triggers (eg, CRM Campaigns Billing workflows)
- Data Management & Reporting Ensure data consistency, synchronization, and validation across Zoho applications
- Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and KPIs in CRM, Books, and Campaigns
- Manage role-based access, security controls, and audit compliance
- Collaboration & Support Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Zoho solutions
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance
- Document workflows, scripts, and integration processes for future reference
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Zoho One ecosystem, especially CRM, Billing, Books, Campaigns, Forms, and Flow
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator (optional but a plus)
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, blueprint processes, and Zoho APIs
- Hands-on experience with integrating Zoho apps with third-party systems (via APIs/Flow)
- Knowledge of finance modules within Zoho Books/Billing (invoicing, payments, subscription management)
- Familiarity with email marketing automation via Zoho Campaigns
- Solid knowledge of data modeling, role hierarchy, and permissions management
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, and business analytics inside Zoho apps
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, or Zoho Projects
- Exposure to ERP/CRM integrations
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, REST APIs) for custom widgets
- Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and ability to work directly with business stakeholders
- Self-driven and capable of managing multiple Zoho modules simultaneously
