Support Service Owners: Execute the ARA Process, working as US Based Service Owner proxies within the GRC tool set, aligning responses with Service Owner.
Standardize Evidence Delivery: Work with Service and Process owners to establish procedures to define, review, collect, store, and provision available evidence to ensure compliance and efficiency. Maintain a centralized repository for evidence collection.
Tool and Process Expertise: Develop expertise in the ARA Tool and Archer to minimize effort in the ARA Process and Fit-Gap analysis. Execute continual improvement on the ARA Process delivery.
Governance Establishment: Participate in establishing governance around non-compliant controls and ensure mitigation plans are in place for identified issues.
Problem Governance: Assist in ensuring ownership, remediation planning, and budgeting for problems within the ARA framework.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field.
2-4 years experience in compliance and governance processes within a technology or services environment.
Certifications in Security, Risk, and/or Audit capabilities.
Familiarity with Governance Risk and Compliance tools and technologies.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
