We have urgent job opening for Executive/ Sr. Executive Training with Bigbasket.com.

Job Location Mohali/Chandigarh

Job Responsibilities for the above position:

• Induction and Orientation for new hire employees in the region
• NHT 30 days post-handover score improvement
• Conduct a Bottom 10% refresher and monitor performance
• Conduct refresher training in the respective stores for delivery boys, picker & associate.
• Preparing and consolidation of store training MIS
• Monitor picker efficiency score
• Monitor delivery performance score
• Support in NPRO (New Process Roll Out) in the region
• Score 90 % and above in process knowledge test in each quarter
• Support in the initiative to enhance business requirements
• Score 90 % and above in quarterly training audits

Personal Attributes:

• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to travel across the region.

Qualification MBA

We need experienced candidates only

Person should have his/her own conveyance. 6 days working profile. Salary up to 3.60 lpa to 4.80 LPA.
