Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic growth and revenue.
Align SEO goals with business objectives and digital growth initiatives.

Team Leadership

Build, mentor, and lead an in-house SEO team; coordinate with agencies where relevant.
Set quarterly and annual targets for the SEO team.

Execution & Analysis

Oversee on-page, off-page, local, and technical SEO for all digital properties.
Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, revenue) using industry-standard tools.
Optimize content and website structure for healthcare-specific searches and local discoverability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with content, product, tech, design, and analytics teams for SEO best practices.
Incorporate SEO into site development, content publishing, and marketing initiatives.

Innovation & Best Practices

Stay updated with search algorithm changes, healthcare industry trends, and Google guidelines.
Conduct regular SEO audits and implement fixes to ensure peak site performance and compliance.

Stakeholder Management

Liaise with senior leaders and communicate insights, strategies, and results.
Manage SEO budgets, external vendors, and report ROI.
