Job role :
JD involves gathering client requirements for Oracle Cloud or Fusion Payroll, leading design workshops, configuring Oracle Payroll modules, developing and testing Fast Formulas, documenting solutions, ensuring compliance, integrating with other HCM and ERP modules, and providing post-go-live support. Key responsibilities include business process analysis, solution design, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), training users, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the Oracle system.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Lead business process workshops to understand client needs.
- Analyze existing payroll processes and identify gaps for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Solution Design & Configuration:
- Design functional solutions for Oracle Payroll, focusing on configuration and customization.
- Configure the Oracle Payroll module, including elements, process flows, and calculation cards.
- Design and validate Fast Formulas for complex payroll and absence calculations.
