This is a Full-time role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in our Head Office, Noida - Sector 83. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, market outreach, communication, and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Customer Service skills
  • Lead Generation and Communication skills
  • Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Use of tools like Lusha, LinkedInn, Sales Navigator, SignalHire etc
