Role & responsibilities
Job Description:
We are seeking a 10+ years of experienced Azure Architect to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in architecture, cloud services, and industrial connectivity, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Architecture
- Develop end-to-end architectures, including device connectivity, data ingestion, processing, and visualization on Azure.
- Create secure and scalable solutions .
- Ensure the architecture aligns with industry standards and best practices.
- Technical Leadership
- Provide technical expertise in designing device communication protocols, edge computing, and cloud integration.
- Guide development teams on implementing IoT components and microservices using Azure services like Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, and Stream Analytics.
- Stay updated with emerging IoT trends and technologies.
- Integration and Implementation
- Define and implement security frameworks for IoT solutions, addressing device authentication, data encryption, and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment and scalability.
- Performance Optimization & Monitoring
- Establish monitoring frameworks using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a subject matter expert during customer engagements, delivering technical presentations and demonstrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise:
- Experience with cloud computing concepts, serverless architecture, and DevOps practices.
- Programming Skills:
- Hands-on experience with .NET, Angular/React.
- Familiarity with data processing frameworks like Azure Stream Analytics.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and edge computing frameworks.
- Security & Compliance:
- Expertise in designing secure solutions with device identity management, data encryption, and threat detection.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in dynamic team environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
[Optional]Azure certifications such as Azure Developer Specialty or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
