    Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely fashion.

    Understand and manage personal performance (includes Productivity, Quality, On time login, SLA for Complaints, Dashboards) on daily basis.

    Demonstrate a thorough understanding of clients products and services. Leadership and mentoring ability
