Job Title: Senior Recruitment Associate (Non-IT)
Location: Andheri (Mumbai) / Jasola (Delhi)
Qualification: Graduation (mandatory)
Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT roles
* Manage sales hiring and ensure timely closures
* Execute bulk hiring strategies for large-scale requirements
* Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates through various channels
* Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes
* Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and talent databases

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 Years to 5 Years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (sales/bulk hiring preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in using job portals, social media, and other sourcing tools
