Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Agency Manager to drive life insurance sales through effective recruitment, training, and management of Business Associates (BAs) and their field agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and mentor Business Associates & commission-based agents

• Monitor and support agent activity plans to ensure business growth

• Conduct weekly Performance Review Processes (PRPs) and update the Sales Management System

• Facilitate agent growth through structured Career Progression Programs

• Use CRM tools and digital platforms to strengthen customer relationships and cross-selling opportunities

• Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience (Life Insurance/Agency channel preferred)

• Graduate in any discipline

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven record of achieving results

• Well-connected in the local market with sound market knowledge

• Stable career history with notable achievements
