Medical Records Officer manages and safeguards patient medical records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations. Their responsibilities include maintaining, organizing, and retrieving both paper and electronic records, as well as transcribing medical information and updating records for healthcare professionals and insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:

Coding and Classification:
