Job Description
1. Analyse Patch Plan, Tour Plan, RCPA, Chemist and Doctor list of Sales teams.
2. Analyse Tour Plan with actual working and expense statement.
3. Primary Sales & Secondary Sales analysis and Secondary Sales compilation.
4. Meeting the regular needs of sales team-such as visiting cards, working bag, samples, LBL price list
5. Dispatching and ensuring it reaches destination in time (provide dispatch details etc)
6. Weekly report compilation (based on pre-fixed dates and formats, which will be send by managers)
7. Maintenance and updatement of customer list (doctor list compilation/updates; total, specialty wise (updating frequently)
8. Correct maintenance of doctors/chemist/stockist-their mobile number/emial id/business cards etc
9. Monthly reports compilation (making a summary of all reports)
10.Coordinating with internal customers to procure doctor list as per the format.
11. Obtaining inputs for creating various MIS for sales/business head.
12. Solving issues related to online reporting software
13. Solving issues related to online reporting software.
14. Uploading/removing circulars etc.
