Job Description
- You will be part of Bounteous x Accolite, a leading digital transformation consultancy focused on collaborating with ambitious brands to develop digital solutions for current challenges and future opportunities. As a Lead Mobile Developer based in India (Hybrid/On-Site), your responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end development of mobile applications. You will ensure high standards for code quality, performance, and security. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership to the mobile development team, driving key architectural decisions and promoting best practices for both iOS and Android platforms. In this role, you will mentor junior and mid-level mobile developers, conduct code reviews, and share knowledge to enhance the skill levels of the team. Collaboration with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams will be essential to deliver new features and enhancements. You will also drive development on both iOS and Android platforms or oversee hybrid mobile application development. To excel in this position, you should have experience in iOS development using Swift/Objective-C and Xcode, as well as Android development using Kotlin/Java and Android Studio. Your expertise in platform-specific APIs, design patterns, and coding best practices will be crucial in maintaining high-quality software. Furthermore, you will optimize app performance, troubleshoot issues, and stay updated on mobile technology trends to recommend improvements. Preferred qualifications include experience in hybrid mobile development with React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin, cloud integration, app analytics, UI/UX collaboration, and app performance optimization. Proficiency in CI/CD tools, mobile testing frameworks, and continuous deployment pipelines will be advantageous. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in mobile application development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or senior role. Strong technical skills in iOS, Android, and cross-platform development, along with knowledge of mobile app architectures, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines, are required. Effective leadership, mentorship, agile methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, version control, and problem-solving abilities are also essential for success in this role.
