Job Title: Business Analyst (Contractor) Intelligent Automation


Location: NCR - Noida (preferred); Hybrid


Role Type: Individual Contributor


Team: Intelligent Automation


Basic Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 58 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or transformation roles, preferably in technology or SDLC-focused initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply structured, framework-based thinking to analyze and improve current-state processes and tools.
  • Experience in stakeholder management across cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms commonly used across the SDLC (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, ServiceNow).
  • Exposure to Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Partner with Business and Technology teams to assess current SDLC practices, tools, and pain points.
  • Design and deploy standardized, templatized questionnaires and frameworks to evaluate SDLC maturity across teams.
  • Conduct structured workshops to identify and analyze: Value-added activities, non-value-added steps, Process bottlenecks etc.
  • Identify opportunities for process harmonization, automation, and AI Introduction & integration across the SDLC.
  • Facilitate working sessions to break down silos and align stakeholders on transformation goals.
  • Document findings, create actionable insights, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Technology team to translate insights into automation opportunities.
  • Track progress of transformation initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience of working with large-scale enterprise IT environments (preferred Financial services background)
  • Knowledge of AI/ML applications across in software development and testing.
  • Familiarity with enterprise level frameworks
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), TOGAF, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in large matrixed organizations with global delivery models.
