Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations, from order processing to final closure.
- Supervise and guide teams to maintain operational stability and achieve high productivity.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth order processing and timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with city teams to oversee and control operational activities across the zone.
- Maintain a high level of On-Time Delivery (OTD) through effective route planning.
- Develop and maintain operational reports, sharing them with relevant teams as required.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to operational standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations (Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle operational challenges.
