**Urgently looking for HR Recruiter @ Malad_Mumbai**

We are looking for Immediate Joiners**

Roles and Responsibilities

• Screening resumes
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Sourcing profiles through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking and referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
• Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
• Manage bulk hiring campaigns for multiple positions simultaneously.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in BPO recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of BPO industry trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with clients effectively.
• Proficiency in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidate pipelines.
